Bersama ini kami  memberikan update Rinjani100  2021.  Kami memohon Anda untuk membaca hal-hal di bawah ini:

  1. Rinjani100 2021 DIRENCANAKAN  digelar pada  ‪11-13 Juni 2021‬.
  2. Peserta yang telah membayar race fee Rinjani100 tahun 2020 OTOMATIS terdaftar sebagai peserta Rinjani100 2021. Namun –apabila Anda membatalkan keikutsertaan Anda—kami memberi kesempatan Anda untuk mengalihkan slot tersebut ke peserta lain yang memenuhi kualifikasi (ganti nama) secara gratis.  Kesempatan ganti nama akan dilakukan hingga ‪20 Februari 2021‬. TIDAK ada pengembalian race fee pada tahap ini. Klik disini untuk proses perubahan nama.
  3. Panitia MEMBUKA pendaftaran bagi peserta baru Rinjani100 2021 hingga ‪10 Maret‬  2021.  Tidak ada masa earlybird/komunitas. Slot terbatas. Klik disini untuk pendaftaran baru.
  4. Masa PEMBAYARAN bagi pendaftar baru akan dilakukan mulai ‪21 Februari hingga 21 Maret 2021‬.
  5. Panitia TUNDUK kepada aturan resmi/izin yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah (Satgas Covid-19 dan atau Polri/otoritas berwenang lain). Mohon dipahami jika diberi izin/tidak diizinkan baru akan diketahui jelang hari race mengingat kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang dinamis.  Kami berharap izin atau tidak diizinkan akan diumumkan 1 bulan sebelum hari race. Bisa lebih cepat atau lebih lambat.
  6. Apabila Rinjani 2021 GAGAL  digelar karena panitia tidak mendapat izin dari otoritas terkait, maka ada dua opsi:
    1. Anda dapat MEMPERTAHANKAN slot Anda dari 2021 ‪ke 2022‬.
    2. Anda dapat MEMINTA  race fee (untuk peserta Rinjani100 edisi 2020 maupun peserta Rinjani100 2021) dengan potongan maksimal 5 persen.
    Hal-Hal terkait ini akan diatur kemudian.
  7. Panitia mewajibkan pelari menyertakan surat bebas Covid-19  APABILA hal itu menjadi syarat mutlak dari otoritas. Detail akan diumumkan kemudian.
  8. Akomodasi  Rinjani100 2021 yang disediakan oleh panitia telah terjual HABIS sejak 2020. Panitia tidak menyediakan akomodasi tambahan.
  9. Panitia tidak menyediakan TRANPORTASI dari bandara/Kota Mataram ke Race Central di Sembalun. Panitia hanya menyediakan shuttle dari Sembalun ke titik start Pantai Belanting untuk kategori 117,7 KM dan 75 KM.
  10. Panitia akan mengirimkan finisher tee dan medali SETELAH hari race day melalui ekspedisi/paket. Biaya pengiriman DITANGGUNG peserta. Detail akan diumumkan kemudian.
  11. Panitia tidak BERTANGGUNGJAWAB apabila ada kerugian yang timbul/ ditanggung peserta karena race dibatalkan. (Misal biaya tiket yang dibeli oleh peserta).
  12. Apabila peserta yang sudah terdaftar tidak dapat berlomba karena positif Covid-19 atau terdapat larangan bepergian dari negaranya (yang bisa dibuktikan dengan dokumen tertulis), maka biaya  race fee akan dikembalikan dengan potongan maksimal 5 persen.
  13. Peraturan dan syarat mungkin akan BERUBAH mengingat kondisi pandemi yang dinamis. Kami mohon Anda selalu update dan klik ‪Rinjani100.com‬.
  14. Keputusan panitia bersifat FINAL dan mengikat serta tidak dapat diganggu gugat atas alasan apapun meskipun aturan itu dibuat di kemudian hari.
  15. Panitia beranggapan Anda dengan sadar dan sukarela SETUJU serta MEMAHAMI poin-poin aturan yang telah dibuat dan kemungkinan perubahan-perubahan serta penambahan penambahan di kemudian hari sebab pandemi. MENDAFTAR berarti SETUJU.

Dear Runner,
We ask you to read the updating rules of Rinjani100 2021 regarding the COVID-19 pandemic in detail and carefully.
  1. Rinjani100 2021 as planned to be held ‪on 11-13 June 2021‬.
  2. Participants who have paid for the Rinjani100 2020 race fee are AUTOMATICALLY registered as participants of Rinjani100 2021. However - if you decided to cancel your participation - we give you the opportunity to transfer your slot to another participant who meets the qualifications (switch participation) without additional charge. That process will take place ‪until 20 January 2021‬. There is NO refund of race fees at this stage. Click here for those who want to switch your participation.
  3. The race committee opens registration for new participants Rinjani100 2021 ‪until 10 March 2021‬. There is no early bird / community registration period and limited slots only. Click here for new REGISTRATION.
  4. PAYMENT Period ‪on 21 February - 21 March 2021‬.
  5. The race committee obeys the official regulations / permits issued by the government (the Covid-19 Task Force and / or the National Police / other authorized authorities). Please understand that the permit, whether or not this event will be held, will be given a month before race  day regarding the dynamic conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. It can be earlier or later.
  6. If the Rinjani 2021 is FAIL to be held because the committee does not get the permit from the relevant authorities, there 2 (two) options :
         
    1. You can choose to stay as a participant at Rinjani100 2022.
    2. You can refund your race fee (for participants of the 2020 edition of Rinjani100 and participants   of Rinjani100 2021) ) with a maximum 5% administrative deductions.
    These matters will be arranged later.
  7. If requested by the authorities, participants are required to submit a Covid-19 free letter in the form of a RAPID TES which will be announced later.
  8. Accommodation Rinjani100 2021 provided by the committee has been sold out since 2020. The committee does not provide any additional accommodation.
  9. The committee does not provide TRANPORTATION from the airport / Mataram to Race Central in Sembalun. The committee only provides a shuttle from Sembalun to the starting point of Belanting Beach for the 117.7 KM and 75 KM categories.
  10. Related to the Race pack collection will be arranged later. The finisher medal and shirt will be send to the finisher’s address, with reimbursement of shipping costs.
  11. The race committee is not responsible if there are losses incurred / borne by the participants if the race is cancelled. (For examples ticket fees and accommodation costs made by participants independently / not booked through the committee).
  12. If registered participants cannot compete because they are positive for Covid-19 or there is a travel ban from their country (which can be proven by written documents), then the race fee will be refunded with a maximum 5% administrative deductions.
  13. The race committee's decision is FINAL and binding and cannot be contested for any reason. Changes in decisions can be made at any time.
  14. The race committee assumes you consciously and voluntarily AGREE with the points made and the changes that will occur in the future due to the pandemic.
  15. The committee assumes you consciously and voluntarily AGREE and UNDERSTAND the points of the rules that have been made and the possible changes and additions in the future due to the pandemic. When you are REGISTERING, it means that you are AGREE to the rules.
